C. Project Graduation May 23^rd after graduation all night at DHS: 

Planning groups will meet separately from now on:

1. Volunteer coordinator: Sarah Lamb, Ann Goodwin

2. Food: Jennifer Lucas, Heather Pennington

3. Activity Planning: Erin Wilcher, Renee Lanigan, Eric Atkins/Heath Pennington

4. Fundraising: Amanda Goodwin

5.  Prize purchasing and organization of raffle: Lori Finke 

Who needs help/wants to help?

D. Yard signs update from Blossom:

• We are going to use USA Signs again this year. 
• The cost will be $25 payable by check to DHS PTO or Venmo to blossom-brosi@venmo. (Blossom will just give a check to PTO for the total of the venmo orders.)
• Ms. Brosi will share a form to purchase a yard sign on Class of 2025 Google Classroom and it will also be shared on this group's facebook site.
• To decide: What date do you want to publish the Google Form order form? What date do you want the orders to be due?
• 1-2 weeks after the due date the signs will be delivered to Danville High School and distributed to students to take home.
